• •You own the final generated cartoon content
• •Digital Vision does not claim ownership of your content

You grant Digital Vision a temporary, limited license to:

• •Generate personalized content

This license ends once processing is complete and photos are deleted.

• •Uploaded child photos are used only for content generation
• •All child photos are permanently deleted after processing
• •We do not store or archive child photos

MyCartoonStar uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• •Results may vary
• •Content is a stylized interpretation, not an exact replica
• •Minor inconsistencies may occur

These variations are normal and expected.

We do not guarantee exact likeness or replication of any uploaded photo.

• •All example images/videos on the platform are AI-generated or licensed
• •We do not use real customer child content in marketing without explicit consent

You may choose to share content via:

• •Social media
• •Messaging platforms
• •Downloads

Once shared externally, Digital Vision is not responsible for third-party use.

• •MyCartoonStar operates on a monthly subscription of $29.95
• •Each billing cycle includes one personalized cartoon experience
• •Additional content or products may be purchased separately

• •Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins
• •Add-ons or credits may be refundable only if unused
• •Used credits and generated content are non-refundable

• •You are responsible for your account credentials
• •Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is provided for security
• •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• •Upload content you do not have rights to
• •Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
• •Attempt to exploit or misuse the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Digital Vision is not liable for:

• •AI-generated variations
• •User dissatisfaction based on expected likeness
• •Third-party misuse after content is shared

We comply with applicable privacy laws including COPPA and GDPR principles where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
